Ezgotrend.com collects 6% GST and NO PST for orders from and ship to the following provinces; Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island and other territories. This means a minimum 8% saving for your order. We collect both GST (6%) and PST (7%) when we ship products within British Columbia. Please note that for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, a 14% HST is collected; for Quebec a 13.95% (GST + 7.95% QST) is collected.

All goods remain the property of Ezgotrend.com until fully paid for. Responsibility for goods passes to customer upon delivery by Ezgotrend.com to the carrier. Ezgotrend.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special consequential incident or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the product during shipment. You may direct Ezgotrend.com to purchase shipping insurance for loss or damage during carriage for the full value of the product at the time of purchasing. When products are ordered and shipped, their Manufactures Warranties commence on the day of the issuing of invoice. Please refer to the Manufacture Warranties for further details. Ezgotrend.com may at our discretion assist in offering warranty repair. Where Ezgotrend.com has not been paid in full for products, the Warranty will not be honoured. Products, which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, physical damage, trial error, virus problems or unauthorized repair or installation, are not covered by the Warranty.

Ezgotrend.com ask that you examine your package closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on most items from the original invoice date, subject to that the product(s) are in original box, in original condition, and unopened. Some returns are subject to a 15%- 25% restocking charge. Ezgotrend.com does not have an open box return policy.

Please note that some manufacturers require defective product(s) returned to them directly. Shipping and handling (S & H) and shipping insurance charges are non-refundable. Special order and price-match products are non-refundable. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, any linked promotional items or materials and any other items or accessories provided by the manufacturer. Purchaser shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges, shipping insurance, or risk of loss or damage (if not insured) to the Merchandise Return Procedure during transit to and back from Ezgotrend.com.

IMPORTANT: Please fill out our Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA number is issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you received it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Ezgotrend.com reserve the right to reject merchandise, such is received in poor condition or damaged due to improper packaging. In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to and from Ezgotrend.com. Therefore, we recommend that all items returned be insured for damage or loss.

For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

At Ezgotrend, we recognize and respect the importance of our customers' privacy. We do not provide, sell, or transfer your Email or Personal Information such as address and telephone numbers to any third party agencies. Your personal information is fully protected by our secured system and experienced staff.

When there is mail-in rebate provided by manufacturer, it is purchaser's responsibility to mail the rebate coupons to the contact address provided by manufacturer within specified time frame. Ezgotrend will not be responsible for Mail-In Rebates.

ARBITRATION

All dispute, controversy, or claim against Ezgotrend.com arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration administered by the Better Business Bureau. (BBB)

The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, and will be limited solely to the dispute or controversy between you and Ezgotrend.com. The arbitration shall be held in any mutually agreed upon location in person, by telephone, or online. Any decision rendered in such arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction.

The arbitrator shall not award either party special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, incidental or indirect damages, or attorneys' fees and each party irrevocably waive any such right to recover such damages. The parties will share the costs of the arbitration, (including the arbitrator's fees, if any) in the proportion that the final award bears to the amount of the initial claim.
